Greetings!

Thank you for choosing to attend Grovetown's Waters War of Words. The tournament will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016.

We're excited to be offering LD, PF, POI, IM, EX, OO, DUO, HI, and DI. All debate events will cost $25 per entry and all IE events will cost $10 per entry. We will not be offering CX. 

There is no double entering into debate events. Double entry is allowed for IE events.

We're hoping to have WI-FI available, with each judge having the ability to use a tablet or laptop for judging purposes. Please make sure your judges have a linked tabroom account. If at all possible, please encourage your judges to fill out their paradigms. 

LD will be using the Nov/Dec topic: Resolved: The United States ought to limit qualified immunity for police officers.

PF will be using the Nov. topic: Resolved: On balance, the benefits of the Internet of Things outweigh the harms of decreased personal privacy.

*Note that in IE, Grovetown will be offering POI and not Prose/Poetry.

Judge Requirements - 1 judge for every 2 PF/LD entries; 1 judge per 4 I.E. entries (see the Fees Page for more information)
